Small Hedgerow Stems - Wire Flowers

Our hedgerows and verges are full of the most delicate grasses, wildflowers and foliage. This small wire flower arrangement has been inspired by many walks along local country lanes.

This arrangement makes a lovely handmade flower gift for a friend or for your iron wedding anniversary (6th anniversary)

The tallest stem in this arrangement is approximately 23cm tall, and the shortest 18cm. Should you need to alter the height you can easily bend the wires to shorten them. You can add a glass bottle if you like, see the picture of the glass bottle available, it's 9cm tall, please select that option from the drop down list. (Please note that the ceramic bottles pictured are handmade by Alison Wren Ceramics, and are not included, please contact her for more information about these.)

These are made with iron wire, so displaying in a damp or humid environment may encourage rust to develop, a rusty patina can be a lovely thing though.

The handmade wire stems you receive may vary in small details from the pictures shown, for example the number of petals in a flower or the size of fronds in a leaf for example, this makes each one unique, which I hope you'll agree is a lovely thing. The pictures are representative of what you'll receive.

Gift Presentation

This gift presentation works best as a gift for somebody opening the packaging box themselves. The box is a plain brown box on the outside, when opened you will see the inside is dressed with gift paper and ribbon, this isn't a separate gift box that can be removed from the original packaging box. If your wire flowers are a gift being sent directly to a loved one, this free option works really well. You can add a gift message at checkout that I will add to the card shown. The size and shape of your box may vary from that shown the picture.

Please note: If you order more than one wire flower arrangement in the same order they will be packed in the same box, so if your gifts are going to different people, please either order them separately, or get in touch after ordering so we can arrange this, there will be a charge to cover additional packing and postage for any additional boxes.
